This tour takes place at the National Park Nahuel Huapi, a protected area at the Southwest of Neuquen Province, where the hotel is located. It matches history and tradition with nature and adventure.
This adventure starts at Correntoso Port; this is where the boat leaves, sailing across the crystalline waters of Nahuel Huapi Lake westwards, to Brazo Rincon, disembarking at the dock of Martinez Population, an ancient family of settlers.
There, there is a trekking to Dormilon Hill Refuge, which was founded in the year 1933 and refurbished in 2012 – at 1400 meters above sea level.
During the ascent you will observe: the Patagonian forest of Nire, Coihue and Lenga trees, an awesome view of Nahuel Huapi Lake, the Quetrihue Peninsula, Menendez Island, Tronador Hill, Campana and Lanin Volcano.
Once in the Refuge, tourists will be offered a delicious Patagonian lunch and a speech given by a Guide providing information about the area in order to visit diverse panoramic spots.
This tour includes boat transfer, bilingual Guide and lunch.
